• Hostel Affidavit (https://vit.ac.in/campuslife/hostels) - (Signed and Notarized)
• Certificate of Physical Fitness (https://vit.ac.in/files/admissions/PhysicalFitness_Certificate.pdf)- (Certified by authorized Physician)

• Recent passport size colour photos – 2 Nos.
