Soft skills are considered as indispensable 21stcentury skills that a prospective employer looks for in an individual. Individuals with soft skills have a better chance of being employed and promoted than those without it because most employers believe that soft skills are as important as hard skills. These skills encompass adaptability, teamwork, leadership, effective communication, emotional intelligence, logical reasoning, problem-solving, creativity, negotiation, conflict management, time management, etc. Though some of these skills can be enhanced innately, certain skills can be acquired only through training. Keeping this in mind this workshop aims to impart the necessary training on the three essential skills: Leadership, Public speaking and Teamwork. These three skills are quintessential for an individual to succeed and sustain in this highly competitive world.
