In yet another strategic move to bridge the gap between Industry & Academia, VIT signed an MoU with IT major Dell Technologies yesterday (26/06/24)

This MoU shall pave the way for Dell Technologies to frame and review the syllabus from industry perspective. In addition, this shall help in visiting Dell Offices by our students thereby leading to internships and placements.

As a special measure, Dell has committed to train our STARS students exclusively.

Hon. Chancellor Dr. G. Viswanathan signed the MoU on VIT's behalf and Mr. Elavarasu Krishnan, Vice President - Software Engineering, Dell Technologies signed on the behalf of Dell.

Other dignitaries present from Dell present include Mr. Anil Maryala - Sr. Manager, Software Engg, Mr. Srijith Venugopalan - Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition, Mr. Sachin Sabyasachi - Consultant, Talent Acquisition and Mr. Rohit Nambiar - Sr. Advisor, Project/Program Management.

Delegates from VIT who were present include Vice Presidents, Mr. Sankar Viswanathan, Dr. G.V. Selvam; Vice-Chancellor, Dr. V. S. Kanchana Bhaaskaran; Pro-Vice-Chancellor, Dr. Partha Sharathi Mallick and Director - Career Development Centre, Dr. Samuel Rajkumar and various other Deans & Directors.
